EFT (Tapping)

Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or ‘tapping’ can help people overcome PTSD, addictions, fears, phobias, negative emotions and insomnia.
The client focuses on the problem while tapping with fingertips on certain spots on their body that correspond to acupuncture points on the energy meridians. When someone thinks about an emotionally upsetting event, a trauma they experienced or pain they are suffering the energy meridians become blocked, creating further problems. The tapping techniques release these blockages allowing energy to flow freely once more around the body. The memory of the incident will remain with the person but the negative charge will no longer be associated with it.
The results of EFT are usually permanent, there are no side effects and often only one session is needed to resolve the negative issues.
